First, corn kernels uniformity, moisture and impurities variety and quantity can directly affect screening effect. Second, the geometry factor and the movement parameter of the sifter can also affect screening technology. 1) The effect for big impurities removing can reach 90% above, for small impurities removing by the first screen can reach 65% above, and the effect for the other screen can reach 50% above.
2) The effect for sediment removing can reach 65% above.
3) The effect for light impurities removing can reach 70% above.
4) The grain content in various leftovers is less than 1%.

2. TQLM rotary flat sieve:
1) Big and small impurities removing effect can reach 80% above.
2) Light impurities removing effect can reach 60% above.
3) The grain content in the big and small impurities is less than 1% and the grain content in each gram of light impurities is no more than 1 kernel.
